Mark Eddy, PT, OCS, CSCS

Mark is a 1997 Master of Physical Therapy graduate from the Institute of Physical Therapy, now University of St. Augustine, in St. Augustine, Florida. A native of the Sacramento Delta region, he also received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from U.C. Davis in 1994. In 2003, Mark earned certification as a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Mark has worked with orthopedic injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation his entire career and strives to see his clients reach their maximum potential. He has a special interest in Primal Reflex Release Technique and its “total body benefits.” Mark lives in Elk Grove with his wife and three children and enjoys coaching high school football, playing golf and being a busy husband and father.
